Goosehead Insurance

Goosehead is a personal insurance provider based in Westlake, Texas. In 2020, Wunderman Thompson was tasked with reimagining Goosehead’s welcome/onboarding, referral and pending cancellation email journeys. This involved a new content strategy, template overhaul and refreshed approach to copy, tone and visuals. Using the Goosehead website and other marketing materials for inspiration, I redesigned their templates in Adobe XD with a clean, modern and mobile-first approach.
